All our clients are part of international networks. Some have grown organically; others have grown through mergers, takeovers, and informal partnerships. For some, mergers can feel more like takeovers. After a new band is welcomed into the group there can be a flurry of re-branding, which too often is seen as ‘business as usual, just a new label’. The whole point of expanding the group was to take advantage of being part of a larger group, and to explore new international opportunities. But sometimes there’s little or no enthusiasm or motivation. For many diehards, it’s business as usual.
We offer one-to-one coaching with the big hitters whom others look up to. Once important individuals are seen to put their weight behind a change, others follow.
