Working together successfully during the coronavirus crisis and beyond

 

In these rapidly changing times, people are finding themselves working remotely, and sometimes in isolation.

 

New skills are being demanded of them, communicating in very different ways.

 

It is also more important than ever to help our teams feel connected and to collaborate when they cannot meet face-to-face.

 

On the positive side, whilst we hope this will be temporary, this is the opportunity for our people to learn new skills that will make them even more efficient in the future.

We are also helping clients to plan how they can return to the office in a hybrid way, with people working both in the office and remotely.

 

We have a variety of programmes to develop your people

These are tried and tested programmes that we have been running remotely in large global organisations.  Due to the current social distancing, we are delivering these programmes remotely from our studio.  We use the online platform of your choice, such as Skype for Business, WebEx, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

We can deliver these however works best for you

These run as remote training meetings for smaller groups, or highly interactive virtual coaching webinars for groups of unlimited size.  We have successfully delivered these to more than 100 participants at a time.

 

In the large groups we use interviews, live polls, chat and whiteboards to engage participants and share responses. Whilst there is no limit to the number of people who can attend, the design and delivery means that each person feels that they are the only one being coached. Participants can take part anonymously.  We encourage them to commit to specific actions, so you can follow up with them.

This makes for an extremely competitive price per head cost for practical coaching that gets results.
