Anne-Marie L'Estrange 

Anne-Marie is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching, recognised by her peers for her experience, service and contribution to coaching over the last 20 years.  She works internationally with individual executives, teams and organisations. Her work ranges from executive and team coaching to learning and development strategy, programme design and facilitation.

 

Anne-Marie trained as a lawyer. After five years in practice, she joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she oversaw training for the firm's burgeoning corporate practice. She was then asked to lead the firm's Global Learning and Development team and became a keen advocate of executive coaching, seeing the benefit of one-to-one support.
 
She has a wide variety of clients including professional service firms Ashurst, Bird & Bird, Brown Rudnick, Collyer Bristow, Debevoise & Plimpton, Hogan Lovells, Montagu Evans, Orrick, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, Sidley Austin, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Taylor Wessing, Webber Wentzel, investment companies and corporates.  She has extensive experience of women’s leadership, including leading the Taylor Wessing International Women’s Leadership Programme. 
 
She has coached senior partners and executives.
 
Anne-Marie was a pioneer of one-to-one coaching as an integral part of development programmes.  She designed the Freshfields “Real Deal” programme, which won an award at the Managing Partners’ Forum, and the Freshfields Senior Associates’ Programme which won a stand-out mention at the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers’ Awards.
 
Anne-Marie holds MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and counselling qualifications.
