We are often called in to review an organisation's L&D curriculum.  We start by asking all your staff what areas of development they think they need, and then we interview 20-30 people in depth.  But we also add in an up-to-date market view and the views of your clients.  Then, armed with a complete picture, we report to you with our recommendations.
