360 degree feedback

We work with you to help deliver 360 degree feedback reports to your senior people.  The process needs to be carefully managed to ensure that confidentiality is ensured and the individual is motivated and supported. 

 

We work with you to discuss how best to do that.

 

We usually then meet or speak to the person to help them to interpret the feedback, talk about their reaction and decide what action they want to take.

 

We report back high level themes and our recommendations to you.
