Anne Feeney

Anne is an experienced international executive and leadership development coach who works with senior leaders across many different industries including lawyers, accountants and property industry professionals.

She combines her comprehensive studies in human psychology and leadership development with extensive business and commercial acumen. For example her former corporate roles include Director of International Sales and Marketing, Global Account Director and Systems Engineer working for BT, Marconi and Hewlett Packard. For a number of years, she was Programme Director for the first year of the SAP University MSc in Leading Business Transformation for Leaders from Europe, the US, Latin America, Asia and Africa. She was also a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University and the resident coach for international leaders on the Booking.com Leadership Academy for a number of years.

 

As a former female leader in the corporate world who broke through the glass ceiling in a male dominated profession and industry, and having coached many women from entrepreneurs to sales leaders and directors, Anne has a strong empathy for the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders today.

 

Anne has an MA in Psychological Coaching with a Distinction for her dissertation on Transformational Coaching. She is an APECs Accredited Coach and a Registered Member of the BACP. She also has a BA in Person Centred Counselling and practises as a psychotherapist when she is not coaching.

 

Anne is accredited in the following assessments: Strengthscope for Individuals and Teams, Harthill Leadership Development Framework and Cognadev Cognitive Process Profile, as well as being trained in group facilitation at the Gestalt Centre, London
