Alison works internationally with individual executives, teams and organisations. Her work ranges from executive and team coaching to facilitation and organisational development work.
Her range of clients is broad, she works with large international legal, consulting and accountancy firms including Bird & Bird, Allen & Overy, Linklaters, EY and McKinsey, global banks and companies. She has worked extensively in Europe, Asia, USA and Africa.
Alison has a specialism in women’s leadership and she brings to this work a background with a strong commercial focus.
Alison has worked extensively on women’s leadership in professional service firms. She has designed and leads the external faculty for Linklaters Global Women’s Leadership Programme which has been running since 2012. She worked on the Linklaters Female Partner programme and has designed the female associate programme. She designed and led the coaching for EY Women’s Leadership programme for Cranfield Business School. Over 800 women have been on this programme. Both the Linklaters and EY Programmes have won multiple international awards.
Alison was a director of the Praxis Centre at Cranfield between 2011 and 2013, a Visiting Tutor from 2002 - 2016 and coaches Cranfield’s MBA students.
After an Economics degree Alison qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. She has lectured in Financial Accounting, Economics and Tax in the UK and overseas and written articles on taxation for The Observer in the UK. She was Head of Career Development for the tax and legal practice across Europe, the Middle East and Africa before leaving PwC in 2001 to work as a freelance programme designer, coach, tutor, speaker and facilitator.
